I'm launching a craft brewery in Faisalabad next December. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Wishing you the best. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Buffalo so I could bring a meal. All the best.
