Rocío is launching a craft brewery and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a craft brewery in San Nicolás de los Garza next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

Best of luck, Rocío. Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Thủ Đức but we're thinking of you. Thinking of San Nicolás de los Garza.
