I'm launching a small online shop in Belfast next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a small online shop, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this, Randall. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Santa Fe.
Hope things get better soon, Randall. Hope the shop reopens soon. I'll check back for the next update. All the best
