I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Juiz de Fora next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending strength, Otávio. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out.
best of luck. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Rabat.
Hang in there. Hope this works out for you. Don't give up. Love from Fresno
