I'm launching a bakery in Adama next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a bakery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

        • Stay strong. Small businesses are the heart of Adama. Hope you're open again soon. Love from Zaria.

              • Hope things get better soon. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Adama

                • Hang in there, Mihret. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
