I'm launching a catering business in Guarulhos next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a catering business, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Hope you get there. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Jakarta.
shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Guarulhos.
Hope it all works out, Lucas. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.
Keep going, Lucas. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
