Laura is launching a cleaning company and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a cleaning company in Bogotá next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Keep going, Laura. Small businesses are the heart of Bogotá. Hope you're open again soon. God bless.
Your post was clear and honest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Birmingham
Rooting for you. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
