I'm launching a craft brewery in Pelotas next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending love, Gustavo. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Hope things get better soon, Gustavo. Looking forward to the next update. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
