I'm launching a cleaning company in Lexington next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

Hope it all works out, Aileen. This could happen to any of us. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Lexington.
