A braille note-taker for Mónica: help me move freely
Help Mónica get a braille note-taker so She can get to the shops and visit friends.

I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at the Philadelphia Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,000.
My current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment I could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• First-year servicing plan: $420
• Delivery and set-up: $135
• Fitting and training sessions: $445

You're not alone, Mónica. Looking forward to the next update. Take care.
You're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Durgapur.
Wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Palermo.
Hang in there, Mónica. Looking forward to the next update. Blessings
