I coordinate donations at the Liberty Primary School in Amsterdam. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Amsterdam, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Liberty Primary School on Saturday between 9am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Liberty Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Glad we found this place.

You're not alone, Gijs. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Love from Pelotas
Praying for you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Mumbai.
Hope things get better soon, Gijs. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together.
hang in there, Gijs. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. God bless
You're not alone, Gijs. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
