92 pairs of children's shoes for Lotus Refugee Centre
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the rains.
🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan943 views
I coordinate donations at Lotus Refugee Centre in Lahore. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Lahore, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Lotus Refugee Centre on Sunday between 9am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Lotus Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

sending good thoughts. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Take care
Take care, Eman. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Benin City this morning
Take care, Eman. Looking forward to the next update
sending strength, Eman. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 7 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything
Hang in there, Eman. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps
You're not alone, Eman. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless!
Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Rajkot so I could bring a meal.
you're not alone, Eman. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Nairobi.
Thanks for sharing this, Eman. I hope things turn around soon. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out
Rooting for you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Greetings from Islamabad
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We're a small family in Thane but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Lahore
