I coordinate donations at Jacaranda Refugee Centre in Buenos Aires. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Buenos Aires, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Jacaranda Refugee Centre on Monday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Jacaranda Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Stay strong, Bruno. Shared this with my family.
rooting for you, Bruno. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. God bless.
Best of luck, Bruno. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. We're a small family in Obuasi but we're thinking of you. Blessings.
Thinking of you and your family. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
Good luck. Your post was clear and honest. I'll check back for the next update. God bless.
take care, Bruno. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't give up. Love from Onitsha.
Thinking of you and your family, Bruno. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
