I coordinate donations at Baobab Women's Shelter in Belfast. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Belfast, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Baobab Women's Shelter on Thursday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Baobab Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Glad we found this place.

Hope this works out for you. After 19 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings
Thinking of you, Keith. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
thanks for sharing this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Belfast!
