I coordinate donations at Cedar Refugee Centre in Corpus Christi. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Corpus Christi, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Refugee Centre on Thursday between 9am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

you're not alone, Terry. Looking forward to the next update. Wish I lived closer to Accra so I could bring a meal. God bless.
