Heating shut-off notice: help Mai pay $150

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $150. I have never been late before January's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
