39 volunteers for the Holiday Toy Drive in Philadelphia
We're short of hands for the Holiday Toy Drive; can you spare a morning?
๐บ๐ธ Pennsylvania, United States957 views
Every year the Holiday Toy Drive brings together 480 neighbors in Philadelphia. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you, Deborah. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Wish I lived closer to Saint Paul so I could bring a meal.
Good luck. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Philadelphia.
This could happen to any of us. Wish I lived closer to Duque de Caxias so I could bring a meal. God bless
