33 volunteers for the Refugee Welcome Picnic in Cluj-Napoca
Our small team in Cluj-Napoca is running the Refugee Welcome Picnic and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.

Every year the Refugee Welcome Picnic brings together 580 neighbors in Cluj-Napoca. I help organize it with 5 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Cluj-Napoca

Best of luck, Gheorghe. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
Best of luck, Gheorghe. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Love from Los Angeles!
Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Shinjuku donated after I showed her your page
Best of luck, Gheorghe. Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Kyoto but we're thinking of you.
Great idea, hope you get there. I'm in teaching myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care.
Hope things get better soon, Gheorghe. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
