27 volunteers for the Free Bike Repair Day in Kampala
Give a few hours to the Free Bike Repair Day - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇺🇬 Central Region, Uganda818 views
Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 318 neighbors in Kampala. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

thinking of you and your family. Great idea, hope you get there. After 10 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
