25 volunteers for the Free Community Meal in London
We're short of hands for the Free Community Meal; can you spare a morning?
🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom1,316 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 507 neighbors in London. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thanks for being kind about this.

so sorry you're going through this, Cynthia. More neighborhoods should do this. Take care.
Hope things get better soon, Cynthia. Hope this works out for you. Sent it to 8 people at work. Thinking of London.
