11 volunteers for the Free Community Meal in Nashik
Our small team in Nashik is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India1,579 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 562 neighbors in Nashik. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

thanks for sharing this. Hope you get there. It's not much but it's yours.
Rooting for you, Varun. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
Sending strength, Varun. I hope things turn around soon. Sent it to 10 people at work.
Shared this with my family. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Bengaluru.
