Zulkifli Eko Gunawan
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- The Sakura Shop
- Since 2016
- English, Indonesian
I've worked in baking since 2016. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Zulkifli: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
