Zulkifli Budi Susanto
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Old Hillcrest Shop
- Since 2016
- English, Indonesian, Spanish
I've worked in tiling since 2016. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 200 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Zulkifli
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Zulkifli: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
