Zubby Tunde Aliyu
Helping people break into careers
- 🇳🇬 Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria
- Crescent Foundation
- 2007 to 2023
- English, Hausa
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Crescent Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Zubby
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Zubby: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
