Zubby Nnamdi Lawal
Sculpture artist in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Silverlake Art Collective
- 1983 to 2001
- English
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1983 at Silverlake Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Silverlake Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
More about Zubby
I've had 3 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Zubby: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
