Helping people break into recovery
- 🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia

- Since 1984
- English, Russian
For 42 years I've mentored people in recovery and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Zoya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Zoya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
