Zola W. Smith
Youth table tennis coach and mentor
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- 1991 to 2022
- English, Afrikaans
For 31 years I ran the table tennis program at Johannesburg Athletic Club in Johannesburg. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
