I've volunteered with Maple Ridge Mutual Aid from 1989 to 2012. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 15 people now. Everyone brings something.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Zoe
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
Causes
What gifts mean to Zoe: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
