Zinhle B. Van der Merwe
Feeding Bloemfontein for 15 years
- 🇿🇦 Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa
- Little Crown Table
- 1992 to 2007
- English, Afrikaans
I've cooked from 1992 to 2007, first at home, then at Little Crown Table and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I never rush a conversation.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Zinhle
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Zinhle: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
