I spent 13 years as a lecturer in linguistics at Johannesburg Institute of Technology in Johannesburg. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm learning the guitar.
