I farm olives near Scranton. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ziad: A gift would go toward seed and repairs after a bad season.
