Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt

- 2016 to 2024

I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2016 at Cairo Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Cairo Studio, which keeps me honest.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ziad
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Ziad: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
