Zhen Liu
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Montréal, Quebec, Canada
- Crown Trades Guild
- 1991 to 2021
- English, Mandarin
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1991 in Montréal and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
