Zelalem Dawit Haile
Volunteer mentor with Jimma Association
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Jimma Association
- Since 1978
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,920 people through Jimma Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
