Mentor in teaching and trades
- 🇵🇱 Katowice, Silesia, Poland
- Holy Cross Foundation
- 1996 to 2019
- Polish
For 23 years I've mentored people in teaching and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Zbigniew
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Zbigniew: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
