Zawadi Tabitha Waweru

Jewelry and oil painting artist

  • 🇹🇿 Zanzibar City, Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania
  • Unity Gallery
  • Since 2006
  • English
I got into jewelry as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day. I also teach a weekly class at Unity Gallery, which keeps me honest.

More about Zawadi

I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Zawadi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
