I play sitar and bass. I started in 1989 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Zawadi
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Zawadi: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
