Zawadi Akinyi Ochieng
Sitar player and teacher in Kakamega
- 🇰🇪 Kakamega, Kakamega, Kenya
- Kakamega Orchestra
- Since 1981

I've played sitar since 1981, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 11 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I watch every football match going.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Zawadi: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
