I've worked in carpentry from 2001 to 2012. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 340 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
