Zanele Nel
28 years teaching modern history at Hillcrest Institute of Technology

- 1991 to 2020
- English, Afrikaans
My subject is modern history, and for 29 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Hillcrest Institute of Technology.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
