Zanele E. Reddy
Law school mentor, Durban
- 🇿🇦 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Meadowbank Association
- Since 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Meadowbank Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Zanele
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
