Zalak N. Parikh
Volunteer mentor with Lotus Association
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Lotus Association
- 1990 to 2002
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Lotus Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Zalak: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
