For 35 years I was the art teacher at Pune Secondary School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Zalak
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Zalak: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
