Zakaria Waleed Tannous
Art and French teacher, Casablanca
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Rosewood High School
- 2009 to 2024
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Zakaria
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Zakaria: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me art in 2012 at Rosewood High School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Thank you again.

I was in your Year 7 class in 2015. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Seville.
