Helping people break into careers
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Westbrook Youth Network
- 2009 to 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Westbrook Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Zainab
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Zainab: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
