Zainab Asma Nabulsi

Painter, potter and teacher at Mount Pleasant Gallery

  • 🇨🇦 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
  • Mount Pleasant Gallery
  • Since 2018
  • English, Arabic
I'm a calligraphy artist based in Halifax. I've been making things since 2018 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Zainab

I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Zainab: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.

I bought one of your pieces in 2018. It's still the first thing I see in the morning Greetings from Kazan.
