I teach materials science at Riyadh University since 2016, and supervised 16 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Zaid
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
