Zahra Manal Kamel
Painter, potter and teacher at The San Jose Pottery
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Since 1989
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1989 at The San Jose Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Zahra
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Zahra: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
