I've been a nurse for 35 years, most of them in school nursing at Surabaya Regional Medical Center in Surabaya. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
