Yvonne Vida Sarpong

Choir director and singer

🇬🇭 Obuasi, Ashanti, Ghana
Crescent Ensemble
Since 2010
English, Twi

I've played oud since 2010, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 6 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

Instruments or styles

Oud Traditional drumming Gospel

What gifts mean to Yvonne: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
